WolfePak Software | User Conference 2019

User Conference 2019 is officially in the books, and our sights are now on 2020. Well, maybe in a couple of weeks they will be set on 2020 …..

Attendees came from all over the United States. Operators, First Purchasers, Investors, Service Companies and CPAs and CPA firms all made their way to Frisco (Dallas) earlier this week to learn more about the latest fall release. Earlier in the month we had people join us in Abilene. Both groups learned how WolfePak Software can do more for you through automation and integration and how some of the new features simplify some of the standard accounting functions.

Going to User Conference is always enlightening. We get the great pleasure of hearing from you, our customers, about what works for you, what maybe could be better and what we need to address within the product. Having that 1:1 face time with our clients allows us to really understand what challenges you, giving us the opportunity to take and use your feedback to find a way for you to solve those challenges.

Three “New” Things from UC 2019

  • The book was back, so in a sense it was “new”
  • There was an app in Dallas and the two highest point earners won free passes to 2020 UC
  • The addition of a “Pick on the Pak” – where our product owners fielded live, on-the-spot questions
  • And a fourth! Our first general session with a Customer Panel. We are honored to have such great customers willing to advocate on our behalf and share with others how they use WolfePak to streamline their operations.

If you missed our conferences, make sure you opt-in to our communications in order to make sure you are able to receive our emails.  If you want to see what you missed – check out our video recaps from each conference. Next year’s big improvement – a better camera for longer shots!

Thank you to all our attendees and vendors – your support is greatly appreciated.  Now it’s time for the ‘Pak to take a little (very little) nap!
