Assiff, an oil and gas industry veteran, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Assiff brings over 30 years of executive-level experience in the energy industry where he served as a finance leader in several oil and gas organizations.

Mr. Matthew J. Assiff most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Sheridan Production Company, LLC. At Sheridan, he held responsibility for the finance organization, including accounting, treasury, tax, planning, investor relations, and information technology. He also served on the investment committee at Sheridan. Matt previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Quantum Resources Management, LLC and for Copano Energy, LLC. His career includes time at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (Credit Suisse First Boston), J.P. Morgan Chase and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Assiff holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
