Santosh Nanda has served as chief executive officer of PakEnergy since joining the company in April 2023. He brings over 25 years of leadership, strategic transformation, and growth acceleration experience working for publicly traded and private equity-owned software companies.

A customer-centric and results-driven executive with commercial, operational, product, M&A, and technology expertise, Santosh's career spans numerous verticals including supply chain, logistics and transportation, retail tech, and airline/travel tech.

Prior to joining PakEnergy, Santosh served as a strategic advisor and executive in residence for several private equity firms investing in growth-oriented SaaS businesses in various verticals. As a strategic advisor, Santosh conducted due diligence and prepared investment theses for several potential acquisitions.

Previously, Santosh served as general manager of E2open, where he oversaw the transformation of go-to-market and product strategies that led to enhanced organizational growth and profitability. E2open was publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021.

Before E2open, Santosh served as vice president of Technology for Sabre Corporation, where he directed all aspects of the technology organization and produced more than $100 million in annual revenues.

Santosh holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree from Bangalore University and a Master of Computer Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. An avid golfer, Santosh resides with his family in Dallas.

Melissa Pursley is the chief financial officer of PakEnergy, having joined the executive team in August of 2020. She brings over 20 years of financial leadership, M&A, and business experience in high-growth industries like data, software, and healthcare. She recently served as Vice President of Finance with Progyny (NASDAQ: PGNY), based in New York City, where she led the finance team in taking the company public in late 2019. Her organization was responsible for all aspects of finance including accounting, financial reporting and analysis, equity benefits, collections and SEC reporting.

Prior to her work at Progyny, Pursley held financial leadership roles at TravelClick, Dun & Bradstreet, and LexisNexis. At TravelClick she was responsible for revenue and expense planning, forecasting and results and variance reporting for the company worldwide. During her tenure at Dun & Bradstreet, Melissa was a lead finance partner for several product lines and also managed all strategic partnerships.

Melissa received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington in Accounting and has her Masters in Accounting from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Ryan Lailey is the chief product officer for PakEnergy, responsible for product leadership and strategy. He joined PakEnergy after the company’s acquisition of DocVue, the gold standard for document management in the oil and gas industry, in November 2019. He held positions as chief technology officer and chief operating officer while with DocVue.

Prior to DocVue, Ryan was a founding member of the management team at Cortex Business Solutions serving in multiple leadership roles within sales, marketing business development, investor relations and corporate strategy. Ryan was also an investment executive of a major Canadian financial institution working in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

Ryan attended the University of Calgary with a focus on Business and Finance before beginning his career in energy trading and transport.

Sergey Nedzelskyi is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PakEnergy, with over 25 years of experience in architecting software products across multiple industries and leading high-performing engineering teams. He oversees Research and Development, IT Services, and Security at PakEnergy.

Before joining PakEnergy, Sergey served as the CTO at Shiftkey, the largest digital platform connecting healthcare professionals with healthcare facilities in the US. Prior to his role at Shiftkey, he held various technology leadership positions at Sabre Corporation, culminating in his role as the Vice President of Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Travel Solutions.

Sergey holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Kyiv Engineering Technical Institute and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. In his free time, He enjoys the outdoors, is an avid runner, a prolific soccer player, and regularly indulging in his passion for skiing.

Mandar Sathe is Senior Vice President, Professional Services and Customer Success, of PakEnergy. With over 25 years of experience energizing and building results-oriented teams, Mandar is a seasoned leader with a demonstrated track record of optimizing and standardizing processes to help accelerate growth and ensure consistent results for customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

In this newly created role, Mandar works with PakEnergy’s professional services and customer success teams to create and standardize processes that drive a superior customer experience throughout the account lifecycle. He will also help drive customer engagement programs to foster continual improvement, collaboration, and innovation.

Before joining PakEnergy, Mandar was the Vice President of Enterprise Implementations at RealPage, Inc. where he was responsible for the service delivery of the company’s core SaaS Property Management platform. Prior to this role, Mandar was the Sr. Director of Professional Services and Consulting at Sabre Inc. where he led a global professional services team that delivered mission-critical operations software for airlines around the world. Mandar also served in a variety of product management and engineering roles at Sabre.

Mandar holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Pune University and a Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington. He lives in the Dallas region with his wife and two sons and is an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast.
