Leadership Team

Santosh Nanda has served as chief executive officer of PakEnergy since joining the company in April 2023. He brings over 25 years of leadership, strategic transformation, and growth acceleration experience working for publicly traded and private equity-owned software companies. A customer-centric and results-driven executive with commercial, operational, product, M&A, and technology expertise, Santosh's career spans numerous verticals including supply chain, logistics and transportation, retail tech, and airline/travel tech.

Dan Dodot is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of PakEnergy. As CRO, Dan is responsible for setting the company’s commercial strategies and leads all business development, sales operations, and account management efforts to drive new customer acquisitions, contract expansions, and renewals. With a strong operational background and expertise in building high-performing teams, Dan focuses on creating structure, building repeatable processes, and driving performance KPIs to accelerate pipeline growth and maximize revenue.

Ryan Lailey is the chief product officer for PakEnergy, responsible for product leadership and strategy. He joined PakEnergy after the company’s acquisition of DocVue, the gold standard for document management in the oil and gas industry, in November 2019. He held positions as chief technology officer and chief operating officer while with DocVue.

Sergey Nedzelskyi is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PakEnergy, with over 25 years of experience in architecting software products across multiple industries and leading high-performing engineering teams. He oversees Research and Development, IT Services, and Security at PakEnergy.

Mandar Sathe is Senior Vice President, Professional Services and Customer Success, of PakEnergy. With over 25 years of experience energizing and building results-oriented teams, Mandar is a seasoned leader with a demonstrated track record of optimizing and standardizing processes to help accelerate growth and ensure consistent results for customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
